- You will be emailed a diagnostic form to fill out so I can get the full picture of what you want help with.
- Once I receive your information and review it, you will recieve a video back from me of my personalized recommendations for you. I will providing feedback that may include recommendations on sets, reps, specific exercises geared toward your stated goals, workout splits, nutrition related to your goals & lifestyle tweaks that will help you reach those goals quicker.
- You will also receive my best tips on how to maximize your time in the gym, the best ways to save time and money (what's a waste & what actually moves the needle) and any other advice that is fitting for you. Think of this as me stopping over for a visit and helping you with your workouts!
