How much does the challenge cost?
It's totally free to you! The District is providing this for you as part of their wellness program
Is this a weight loss challenge?
This is not a weight loss challenge. Everyone has different body types and goals, and my hope is that people work toward feeling healthy inside, rather than focusing on the size of their body. I also recognize that we live in a diet culture & that losing weight is a goal of many. If this is a goal of yours, I encourage you to do it gently & mindfully. I do offer guidance and support for weight loss through my other programs.
How many people do we need to form a team?
Teams are a minimum of 2
What if I can't do a lot of the exercises?
I've designed these workouts so that no equipment or experience is necessary to complete them (*for the bodyweight circuit workouts). Further, I always provide modifications for anyone that may need them. Lastly, my motto is "something is better than nothing!" -it's 100% better to do your best, no matter how much you have to modify, than doing nothing at all!
How do I find the workouts?
All workouts are done LIVE on Zoom & they are available for replay in the Challenge FB Group.
What's the workout schedule?
Daily workout: M-F @ 7:00am
M/W/F: Strength workout
T/TH: Bodyweight & KB circuit workouts
Saturday Bodyweight & Kettlebell workout: 9am
How do you earn points?
Your team will earn a point for each workout (up to 1 per day) that each teammate completes. You can also earn a point daily by interacting in the Facebook group.
