We are back to offering semi-private classes at the gym! With new smaller groups & covid procedures in place, we are happy to offer Strength Training Classes M-F at 6:15 am, M/W/F at 9:00 am & M/W/F at 5:30 pm.
Semi-Private Strength Training Classes
Join me LIVE every weekday morning at 7:00 am*.
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays are Strength Workouts (dumbbells required).
Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays (and Saturdays at 9 am) are Bodyweight Circuit workouts**.
