Classes
Weight Lifting Classes
Our Monday, Wednesday and Friday weightlifting classes are designed to get you stronger, fast. Each month, 3 new workouts are programmed (Upper body, Lower body and Full body) and we stick to these for the whole month, allowing us time to perfect the movements & get stronger. The beauty of these workouts is that anyone can do them, whether you are lifting 5lbs or 50! These are the foundational workouts at GymClass that will make you stronger, leaner & feel amazing!
Monday, Wednesday & Friday:
6am, 7am, 9am & 6pm
Circuit Classes
On Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays we like to let loose a little bit and mix it up. These classes are timed and move a little faster with everyone working together. We get to incorporate Kettlebells, Slam Balls (everyone's favorite for getting a lil aggression out), Battle Ropes, TerraCores and TRX - just to name a few of our toys). These are full-body workouts that always incorporate core work and complement our weight-lifting days.
Tuesday & Thursday:
6am, 7am, 9am
Saturdays @ 9am

Happy Hour Community Events
Once a month we open up the gym to the community & hold a Happy Hour Event... We provide the drinks, snacks, movement & fun. All you have to do is show up!
Our mission is to reach as many women as possible to spread community, support & love of movement. If you're not yet a member of GymClass, this is an excellent opportunity to experience the gym in a casual and fun way without commitment.
